Cecilia Blair is a young British Actor. In 2024 Cecilia joined the cast of an exciting Studio Feature Film due for release on Netflix in 2025.
She plays the role of Young Lucy in "The Devil's Hour", the TV series produced by Hartswood Films for Amazon Prime Video, starring Peter Capaldi, and Jessica Raine. "The Devil's Hour" has been nominated for an International Emmy Award 2023 for Best Drama.
